Cleaning silverware stains

Silverware Stains Away

This holiday season, there’s no need to be concerned about stained silverware. Silver will soon shine throughout your home thanks to a simple remedy from the house cleaning specialists at Santopi Cleaning.

How It’s Done

All you need to polish your silverware is a cake pan, aluminum foil, baking soda, and water. To begin, line a cake pan with aluminum foil and fill it halfway with water, using one tablespoon of baking soda for every two cups of water.

Once that’s done, place the silverware in the pan and heat it to 150°F, making sure all of the silver touches the foil. The rest will be taken care of. The stains will begin dissolve on their own, and the silverware will look like new.

Santopi Cleaning has even more advice on cleaning around the kitchen between your professional house cleaning services.
