Standard Cleaning: A regular service that covers essential tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Ideal for homes needing routine upkeep or a property that has been serviced in the last 30 days.

Deep Cleaning: A more thorough cleaning that addresses hard-to-reach areas, accumulated grime, and deep-seated dirt. Recommended for homes needing an extensive clean or after a prolonged period without cleaning.

Most recommended for a first-time service, especially when considering it as preparation for a regular recurring service.

Move-in or Move-out Cleaning: Includes all of the tasks of a standard and deep cleaning service. A comprehensive service for properties during the transition of moving in or out. Ensures a fresh, clean start for new occupants or helps secure your deposit when moving out. The property is expected to be empty.

Fair Condition: Your property is generally clean and well-maintained, with only minor cleaning tasks required. This option is suitable for homes that have been regularly cleaned and are in good overall condition. Unless your property hasn’t been serviced in the last 30 days, it’s more likely to be in this category.

Bad Condition: Your property requires a more extensive cleaning effort due to accumulated dirt, clutter, or a lack of regular maintenance. This option is ideal for homes that have not been cleaned in a while (over 30 days), have experienced a recent event (e.g., a party), or require a deeper clean.

Special Condition: Your property has unique circumstances or specific cleaning needs that go beyond the scope of regular cleaning services. Examples may include homes that have hoarding situations, severe pet-related issues, properties that have been vacant for a long period of time, or have recently undergone renovation.

Select this option if your home requires specialized attention and care.

Please be realistic! A proper time assessment will help us allocate the necessary resources for an efficient and thorough service. If additional time is needed to complete the job and the service team is available (or not scheduled for another job), we will offer you the option to extend the allocated time.

This extension will be subject to an extra charge per hour per worker beyond the originally allocated time.

We reserve the right to allocate as many workers as we find necessary to complete the job. Regardless of the number of workers assigned, it has no effect on the allocated man hours.

According to the concept of man hour of service, the productivity of one individual working for two hours is equivalent to two individuals working for one hour only.

All charges are final. There will not be any credit or refund for unused man hours in the event that a service is completed earlier than initially estimated.

Note that our service includes cleaning the interior side of windows and glass doors only, as well as the window sills. Due to safety and insurance restrictions, we can only clean windows that are accessible from a small step ladder.
